HOW IT WORKS

The DRX-9000 is a computer-guided system that gently stretches the spine while you lie comfortably, fully clothed. That decompression takes pressure off the injured disc and nearby nerves - so it has a chance to stabilize, without surgery, injections or downtime. For some patients, Dr. Shem pairs it with SoftWave therapy.

Yes. Your complimentary visit includes a private consultation with Dr. Shem, a review of your MRI and/or X-rays, a full case evaluation and - if you're a candidate - your first treatment on the DRX-9000. No obligation.
How do I know if I'm a candidate?
During your first visit, Dr. Shem will review your history, symptoms, and any MRI or X-ray imaging to determine if non-surgical spinal decompression is the right approach for your condition.
What does treatment feel like?
Most patients describe spinal decompression as gentle and relaxing. Many even fall asleep during their 20-30 minute session on the DRX-9000.
Do I need an MRI first?
No, you do not need an MRI prior to your first visit. If you have existing imaging, please bring it with you. If needed, Dr. Shem can help order imaging after your initial evaluation.
